Scoop's Lookalike search is powered by Instagram's Creator Marketplace, the same infrastructure brands and agencies use to find and partner with creators at scale. To use it, your brand's Instagram account needs to have Creator Marketplace access enabled. Without it, Lookalike search won't be available.
